Current wellness website scope
Rebuild addendum for review, October 7, 2026. The current wellness direction introduces Super Patch through independent affiliate referrals. SFL does not sell these products directly or process their payments, shipping or returns. Supplier purchases and enrollment follow the supplier's current terms.
SFL is an independent affiliate referral site. We may receive a commission when you buy or join through our links. Super Patch handles purchases and fulfillment. Coach Chris Approved describes a personal selection standard, rather than an independent certification. Educational content and study summaries are not medical advice or a guarantee of results.
Professional and affiliate inquiries do not enroll you or book coaching. Chris's proposed team mentorship, its eligibility, availability and conditions must be agreed with him. Products and supplier costs are separate. Historical telehealth references in the original policies below relate to the previous offer and its materials.

Disclosure: we may earn a commission if you start a program with our licensed telehealth partner through our links, at no extra cost to you. This does not influence the medical care you receive, which is provided independently by licensed providers and pharmacies.
This website is operated by SATORI ENTERPRISES INC., 302 South Mason Street, Arroyo Grande, CA 93420-3317, United States of America. Julie Cucchiara is the independent EllieMD Brand Partner associated with this website. This is not an EllieMD site and is not operated by EllieMD.
What that means in practice
- Solutions for Longevity refers visitors to a US-licensed telehealth and compounding-pharmacy partner through its independent EllieMD Brand Partner. We are not the medical provider.
- When you click "Get Started" you continue to our partner's secure site. If you enroll there, we may receive a commission. The price you pay is the same either way.
- The commission never influences the medical care you receive. Eligibility, prescriptions, pricing, and fulfillment are decided entirely by the partner's licensed providers and pharmacies. A prescription is never guaranteed.
- The coaching bonuses offered on this site are provided by Coach Chris, are separate from any medical product or prescription, and are not a substitute for medical care.
